On Cigars
If you are not satisfied with any cigar you purchase from Bobalu Cigar Co. after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 30 days for full credit or refund.
If you try more than one cigar and you decide that you don’t like them, return them and you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns are accepted only with their original wrapper intact.
On Non-Tobacco Items
You may return any non-tobbaco products in it’s original condition within 10 days of purchase for a full credit or refund.
