First we will start with the finest leaf from the best growers, from the most iconic growing regions from around the world.

Preparing the leaf pre- production is crucial, without the proper knowledge rolling top notch cigars is improbable.Preparing the wrapper leaf correctly is the difference between ugly fugly dog rockets and the beautiful cigars dreams are made of.

Once leaf is prepared the next step is bunching the cigar. Bunching refers to how the leafs are bunched together to make the body of the cigar.
The bunched leaves are then rolled in a binder leaf which holds the bunched leaves together. This step is so important because the leaves have to be bunched together so there is a perfect combination of air channels flow thru the cigar for a perfect draw while having the perfect amount so the cigar is firm while smoking not mushy or spongey.

The next step placing the cigar bunch in the mold to be pressed into a nice round smooth cigar ready to have the last leaf applied.

Then on to the outside wrapper leaf which is the jewel of the cigar. Nobody wants a cigar with an ugly, wrinkleley wrapper leaf. So the roller must cut the leaf precisely while then stretching it to the almost breaking point to get it perfect and smooth on the outside.

Then the triple cap for the cigar which is how they do it in Cuba. It takes more time and effort so most other brands do not do it. The triple cap is a seperate piece of leaf. going around the cigar several times,then another round cap is made for the very top.

Cigars are then cut to size and ready to smoke, WOW do they look great.
