Cameroon Maduro

So far, in our tasting a cigar series, we have explored Plant, Wood and Spice Flavors that can be detected during your smoking experience. In this segment, we will be discussing the variety of  Nut Flavors.

Almond- Is a flavor that is often detected near the finish of a cigar.

Marzipan – A sweet almond flavor.

Peanut – Sometimes noted in milder Connecticut Shade Wrapped Cigars.

Walnut – Used to describe a nutty flavor that seems dry on the palate.

Two other nutty flavors that are used to describe cigar tastes are Cashew and  Pistachio.
